Payment

Lessons must be paid in advance via online booking or by MobilePay on the day of the lesson.

Booking

Lessons are arranged by agreement and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Fixed weekly time slots are not required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will be charged at the full lesson rate.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the lesson will end at the originally scheduled time.

Cancellation by VOCALS ROCK

If a lesson must be cancelled by VOCALS ROCK, it will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.

Prepaid Packages

Prepaid discounted lesson packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Remaining balances after this period will be forfeited. Packages are non-refundable once activated and are non-transferable.

Missed Lessons

Missed or unused lessons are non-refundable.

Lesson Recordings

Lessons may be recorded for personal use only. Recorded material may not be published or shared without prior written permission.

Illness

If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please reschedule your lesson.

Liability

Participation in vocal training is at the client’s own responsibility. VOCALS ROCK is not liable for strain, injury or health issues resulting from improper practice outside of sessions. Medical concerns should be addressed with a qualified healthcare professional.

VOCALS ROCK processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Collected

When booking lessons or making inquiries, the following data may be collected:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Booking details

Payment details are processed securely via third-party providers and are not stored by VOCALS ROCK.

Purpose

Personal data is used for:

• Lesson scheduling
• Communication
• Payment processing
• Administrative and accounting purposes

Third-Party Providers

Payment services are provided by:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• MobilePay

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Personal data is stored securely and retained only as long as required by Danish legal and accounting obligations.
